This EULA is between you (“User”) and Servicio de Taxi Express LLC (“Licensor”) for the Taxi Express mobile software (“App”).
1. License grant
Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your device, subject to the Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
No copying, reverse engineering, resale, security circumvention, illegal use, or unauthorized automated access.
3. Intellectual property
The App and “Taxi Express” marks remain property of Servicio de Taxi Express LLC. No ownership is transferred.
4. Updates
We may require updates for security or compliance. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
5. Third-party services
Stripe, Google Maps, Firebase, Checkr may apply their own terms.
6. Data collection
See Privacy Policy, including location data disclosure.
7–8. Warranties & liability
App provided “AS IS” under Georgia law. Liability limited to USD $100 or fees paid in prior 12 months, whichever is greater, unless law requires otherwise.
9. Termination
License ends on breach or account closure. Uninstall the App after termination.
10. Governing law
State of Georgia; courts of Hall County, Georgia.

Artículo 6. Datos personales
Véase la Política de Privacidad, incluida la divulgación de datos de ubicación.
Artículos 7–8. Garantías y responsabilidad
Software «TAL CUAL» según ley de Georgia. Responsabilidad limitada conforme al EULA completo.
Artículo 9. Terminación
La licencia termina por incumplimiento o cierre de cuenta. Desinstale la App.
Artículo 10. Ley aplicable
Estado de Georgia; tribunales del Condado de Hall.
